Preheat oven to 400°F. In large pot of boiling water, cook pasta for about 7 minutes or until almost cooked; drain, reserving 1/3 cup cooking liquid.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet set over medium high heat; cook ground beef, onion, carrot, zucchini, red pepper, garlic, taco seasoning and salt for about 5 minutes or until beef starts to brown and vegetables begin to soften. Stir in tomato sauce, broth and corn; bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.
Remove from heat. Stir in pasta, reserved cooking liquid and 1/4 cup cheese. Transfer to 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until heated through and golden on top. Sprinkle tomato, lettuce, and green onion over top. Serve with lime wedges.
