Egg Noodle (Medium and Wide)
Egg noodles differ from regular durum wheat noodles in that there is a higher concentration of egg mixed in with the flour and water to create the nest texture and consistency. Egg noodles pair well with cream or butter-based sauces, such as stroganoff.
Egg noodles can be baked, tossed in soups or salads, or topped with cream, tomato, cheese or meat sauces. In addition to traditional stroganoff, these long, wide noodles work well in salads, soups and casseroles.
