Radiatori are short, squat pasta shapes with ruffled edges that resemble radiators. Many believe the shape was based on the design of a radiator in a Buggati. Radiatori is considered to be a newer shape, as it was just created sometime between both world wars. Its unique shape works well in soups, salads and casseroles.
