Ingredients
- 3 Roma tomatoes chopped (about 8 oz.)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped white onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 oz. whole-wheat spaghetti
- Pinch chili flakes
Instructions

In large bowl, stir together tomatoes, onion, oil, basil, parsley, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.

Toss spaghetti with tomato sauce until well coated.
