Carbs for dinner, never been thinner? Benefits of the Ramadan Diet
A recent study published by New York Daily News studied the habits of the “Ramadan” diet, and how these habits may actually be good for weight-loss. The premise is fasting during the day followed by carb-heavy meals at night (a perfect time for pasta). The study included police officers who were encouraged to stick to this diet, or spread their carb intake out over the day. The results were very positive.
