Creamy Orzo Pudding with Berries and Honey

Creamy Orzo Pudding with Berries and Honey

Ingredients
- ½ cup orzo
- 1 cup/8 oz. reduced fat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. flavored honey such as lavender or thyme
- 2 cups/8 oz. mixed berries slice or dice the strawberries, if using
- Additional berries for garnish
Instructions

Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Cook the orzo according to package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and reserve.

Stir together the sour cream and honey. Fold in the berries and the orzo.

Divide between 4 wine glasses or serving bowls.
